I would guess that you are talking about the movie ';A Clockwork Orange';, from Stanley Kubrick, 1971.





It was a disturbing movie about a bunch of super-violent, vile, sociopathic kids, and a behavior modification experiment that one (after being arrested) must undergo to change his brain and violent tendencies.
