I was watching this movie, and I don't know the name of it. It's new, maybe no more that a few years old, and it was based in like England or something. This Brittish speaking man that was exploding everything wore a white mask that smiled and had a handle bar mustache on it, and long hair attached to it. He exploded some major statue in England, after he brought some lady to the roof top to hear some music. And then later on in he was wearing an apron over his suit, still in the mask, cooking. The lady walked in and saw his gloves were off, and his hands were all burnt. She also sprayed some guy in the face with pepper spray.What's this movie? An english speaking terrorist in a mask...?
